Who is Bea Millan-Windorski?
Beatrice Rebecca "Bea" Millan-Windorski, born in 2002/2003 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is a proud Filipino-American beauty queen and advocate. On May 2, 2026, she was crowned Miss Universe Philippines 2026 representing La Union, making her the Philippines' representative at Miss Universe 2026.
Bea’s Inspiring Journey
Growing up in Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin, with deep roots in San Juan, La Union (through her maternal grandparents), Bea frequently visited the Philippines. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with degrees in History and International Relations. Her passion for US-ASEAN relations and climate justice led her to pageantry.
In 2024, she became the first Filipino-American and Wisconsinite to win Miss Earth USA and earned the Miss Earth – Water 2024 title internationally. Her transition to Miss Universe Philippines showcases her evolution as a global advocate.
